We love coffee, we don’t discriminate on what type you like to drink. Except maybe if you order a Frappuccino (sorry sister).

So where are the best places to get that perfect cup of joe? Well we’re glad you asked, take a look below at some of our personal favorites.

Philz Coffee | Middlefield Road, Palo Alto  |  Iced Mint Mojito Coffee. We don’t even like mint and we love this coffee. They are FANTASTIC.

ZombieRunner | California St, Palo Alto  |  You would think a running shop wouldn’t have delicious coffee but then you would be a judgey person and miss out on some phenomenal coffee. Perk is they also make us want to buy new running shoes… almost.

Devout Coffee | Niles Blvd, Fremont  |  Our dear friend Chanell informed us about this place and she knows her stuff. The mocha doesn’t disappoint and Niles Blvd is one of the cutest streets in the East Bay.

Roy’s Station | Jackson St, San Jose  |  We have a soft spot for Japantown in San Jose because it’s our old college stomping ground. From delicious food & local design shops there’s always something to see. Enter Roy’s Station, this place filled in the void the neighborhood lacked while still keeping with the Japantown vibe. Another seriously cool piece of info on this place is what it used to be. The current owner created it out of his grandpa’s old gas station. Hello reinvention!

Blue Bottle Coffee | Linden St, San Francisco (Hayes Valley)  |  Give me a cafe au lait from here and we’ll pretty much call it a successful day.

Four Barrel Coffee | 15th St in Mission, San Francisco  |  If you take our coffee black, stop looking. Go here. You’re welcome.

We know there are probably another 50 amazing, local coffee shops around the Bay Area, but the above are our go to spots. We will also admit that when in a time pinch we frequent the local Starbucks at the end of our street…oh the shame.
