Whether its dried nori to snack on, wrapped around my spicy tuna roll or mixed together with delicious sauces and sesame seeds I will eat seaweed. Now making this salad is harder than it looks and it took me some time to find a recipe I liked and to get the flavors correct. I still prefer to grab it when I’m having sushi but sometimes I just have to make it. Let me know what you think of this recipe from The Splendid Table, it’s one of the best I’ve tested.
