SuperBowl Sunday: Treats for your Paleo & Non-Paleo Guests

SuperBowl Sunday – the ever famous American holiday where we drink too much beer, scream at TV’s and eat way too many carbs. SO MUCH FUN!

My team is not playing this year so I’m not that interested in the actual game, though I would love to see the Patriots kick the Seahawks in the you know what. That being said, it’s still a spectacular reason to throw a shindig and eat some amazing food with friends. Normally I would be deep frying, dosing in cheese and covering everything in bacon, but as we know that is not really my choice of food anymore. (God do I miss mac & cheese though)

So I did some research and found some delicious Paleo recipes that will not disappoint on the flavor profile and a few non-Paleo recipes for those of my guests that still delight in all things carb. And let’s be honest, if I have a couple of beers I am so eating that Burrata Pizza and I am totally ok with that since I’ll be making it from scratch – unprocessed for the win!
