Couch is a 32 year old white male approximately 5’10 weighing approximately 154lbs.Ranadall Weddle _The City Of London confirmed  that active shooting is in process in London and Trooper Scottie Pennington of Kentucky State Police Post 11 has confirmed that the suspect has still not been caught.
